Working with Governors and senior management at the school, Green Fox set up the John Cleveland College Community Woodheat Co-operative in April 2013. This was designed to deliver a state of the art renewable heating system that would significantly reduce the cost of heating to the school, be owned by local people and dramatically reduce the schools carbon footprint.View Project

Thornton Lane Solar Farm at Stanton under Bardon
In 2015 Green Fox worked in partnership with Green Hedge Energy (a developer and operator of low carbon electricity generation) to develop a community owned 2.7 MW solar farm or shared ownership model in Stanton under Bardon in North West Leicestershire. Both organisations undertook extensive community consultation, visiting residents and holding public meetings.View Project
